About the role

TL;DR

Analyze and design B2B chat bot scenarios using Node-red.

•We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product Development Team.
•You will analyze and design scenarios for a B2B chat bot using Node-red, with the advantages of working in a product team, including independence and the chance to influence development.
•Key Responsibilities Design chat bot scenarios for B2B users.
•Analyze requirements, define use cases and functional requirements for software.
•Work in a cross-functional team with analysts, developers & designers to deliver product features.
•Oversee test implementation, gather feedback, and propose functional improvements.
•Manage and prioritize requirements, ensuring traceability, verification, and validation.
•Requirements 2+ years of relevant working experience.
•Experience producing solution artifacts (UML, Use Cases, Specifications).
•Good knowledge of Scrum methodology.
•Understanding of web standards, protocols, and data formats (REST, JSON, XML).
•Experience with configuration in Node-red.
