- •Kura Oncology is seeking an Executive Director, Clinical Business Operations to drive operational strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business performance across the Clinical Operations organization.
- •This strategic leader will advise executive leadership and ensure the organization has the necessary processes, capabilities, and governance to successfully deliver the clinical portfolio.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute operational strategy in partnership with Clinical Operations leadership.
- •Establish and oversee governance frameworks supporting clinical operations portfolio execution.
- •Define enterprise-level KPIs and drive continuous improvement efforts for operational efficiency and quality.
- •Oversee organizational capacity planning and workforce strategy, partnering with Finance for budget development.
- •Lead change management initiatives and foster adoption of new ways of working.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in science/healthcare field, nursing degree, or equivalent. 15+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry.
- •Significant leadership experience within Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Business Operations, or Program Management.
- •Demonstrated experience developing organizational planning, governance, and performance metrics.
- •Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational change.
