- •Kraken is seeking a Sr Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for its hybridization efforts, bridging onchain and traditional finance products.
- •This role involves shaping the future of financial products at Kraken by leveraging blockchain infrastructure.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Kraken’s hybridization efforts.
- •Shape and drive the broader onchain hybrid roadmap across Kraken Pro and Consumer.
- •Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations.
- •Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand capabilities.
- •Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration.
- •Requirements Proven track record of taking products from ideation through go-to-market and iteration.
- •On-chain experience is required, with experience closer to the underlying on-chain ecosystem strongly preferred.
- •Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build internal buy-in.
- •Cross-functional social intelligence and ability to coordinate teams.
- •Technical fluency and comfort working with engineering.
