- •We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Klaviyo's Analytics AI product area, focusing on AI-powered analytics experiences and data infrastructure modernization.
- •This role is critical for enhancing how customers understand their business and trust their data.
- •Key Responsibilities Own strategy and roadmap execution for the Analytics Agent, focusing on trust, intelligence, breadth, foundation, and experience.
- •Build and own the quality measurement system for the Analytics Agent.
- •Own AI-generated analytics UX, including charting and dashboard creation.
- •Own the PM-side of Klaviyo's query infrastructure transition.
- •Partner on multi-account analytics and activation experiences for Enterprise Organizations.
- •Requirements 3-5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of owning complex product areas.
- •Direct, hands-on experience building AI or ML-powered products.
- •Strong data and analytics product background with a focus on data accuracy and customer trust.
- •Demonstrated UX judgment for complex data experiences.
- •Comfort working with major platform migrations or infrastructure transitions.
- •Ability to influence multi-team roadmaps without direct authority.
- •Technically fluent enough to reason about LLM-based systems and query infrastructure.
