- •Kizen is seeking a dynamic Sr.
- •Solutions Engineer with strong pre-sales and technical implementation experience to join their growing team.
- •This customer-facing role will partner with technical teams to drive successful post-sale implementations, leveraging technical expertise to showcase Kizen's value and solve complex customer challenges.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical architecture and end-to-end technical implementation of client solutions on Kizen's low-code platform.
- •Configure scalable solutions, guide clients through deployment, and own solutions post-go-live, including troubleshooting and debugging integrations.
- •Work with APIs, automation tools, and data pipelines, and partner directly with client development teams on integration design and data flow.
- •Transform client needs into powerful solutions, clean and transform data, build test plans, and deliver hands-on training.
- •Requirements 5+ years in SaaS implementation, solution delivery, solutions engineering, or hands-on technical consulting.
- •Experience architecting data models and system integrations (APIs, ETL processes).
- •Hands-on experience with data transformation (Excel, Python, ETL/API work) and technology implementation.
- •Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across integrations, data pipelines, and APIs.
