TL;DR
Develop and manage AI-powered patient experience products at K Health.
- •As a Senior Product Manager, you will work at the AI frontier, ship into production at major health systems, and operate cross-functionally with various teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the roadmap and end-to-end patient journey for PatientGPT.
- •Define how AI-driven conversations should behave.
- •Partner with clinical, design, and ML teams to translate clinical safety requirements into product experiences.
- •Use conversation data, funnel analytics, and session-level research to find where patients get stuck, confused, or lost.
