Owns and prioritizes the product backlog, leads agile ceremonies, and translates strategy into execution.
- •Motortech AI is seeking a Product Owner to bring structure and accountability to its rapidly growing product delivery process.
- •You will own and prioritize the product backlog, lead agile ceremonies, and ensure product strategy is translated into well-defined work for the engineering team.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and prioritize the product backlog across AIME Campaign, AIME Co-Pilot and OEM products.
- •Write clear user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
- •Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and other agile ceremonies.
- •Maintain and update the product roadmap, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility.
- •Gather and translate requirements from Customer Success, Commercial and Delivery teams.
- •Requirements Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst within a SaaS environment.
- •Proven experience managing product backlogs and working closely with engineering teams.
- •Strong ability to write clear user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
- •Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- •Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills.
