TL;DR
Perform molecular biology experiments, including nucleic acid extraction and PCR, in a GLP-regulated lab.

- •Key Responsibilities Perform extraction and quantification of nucleic acids from biological matrices.
- •Conduct experiments involving PCR (qPCR and ddPCR), DNA, and RNA handling.
- •Work with human blood, primary cells, and tissues in a BSL-II laboratory environment.
- •Plan and execute experiments, including method development, validation, and data analysis.
- •Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- •Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant scientific field with at least 4 years of laboratory experience.
- •Hands-on experience in a GLP-regulated laboratory environment with strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- •Experience with molecular technologies such as PCR, qPCR, and/or ddPCR.
- •Experience with nucleic acid extraction and quantification, and handling DNA/RNA.
- •Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and manage multiple priorities.
