TL;DR
Build agentic AI systems to automate IT operations for Managed Service Providers.
- •Kaseya is seeking AI/ML Engineers to develop the intelligence layer for the Kaseya Intelligence Platform, an agentic AI runtime designed to automate IT operations for Managed Service Providers.
- •This role involves applied machine learning, agent orchestration, and production software engineering.
- •Key Responsibilities Build agentic AI workflows to interpret signals and coordinate actions across vendor platforms.
- •Develop behavioral anomaly detection models.
- •Implement detection signals for scope escalation and abnormal decision paths.
- •Build evaluation harnesses and benchmark pipelines for model and agent quality.
- •Translate research into production implementations.
- •Requirements Experience developing and operating production AI or ML systems using Python.
- •Experience building LLM or agent workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- •Experience integrating model providers like OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock.
- •Experience building evaluation harnesses or benchmark pipelines for model/agent behavior.
- •Experience implementing ML or systems research in production software.
