- •Key Responsibilities Design and ship landing pages, campaign sites, and entry points for agency platforms.
- •Build the constituent-facing visual system, including typography, motion language, and illustration style.
- •Develop Kaizen's own web presence, including marketing sites and campaign materials.
- •Ship your own work in code and leverage AI-native creative tools for volume and quality.
- •Requirements A portfolio showcasing web design, motion graphics, and illustration.
- •Proven ability to ship work independently from start to finish.
- •Strong command of web-native design principles and how they behave in a browser.
- •Fluency with motion and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) and AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney).
- •Experience building or evolving a brand system from first principles.
