- •The QA Lead at Kabam is responsible for managing and directing the QA team, setting testing standards, and prioritizing tasks.

- •Coordinate testing efforts, establish test plans, and ensure thorough testing coverage.

- •Communicate status and progress to stakeholders and manage risks related to testing.
- •Requirements Extensive experience in testing Triple A games throughout the entire dev cycle. 7+ years of Triple A Game testing experience; preferably 5+ years of experience testing Live Services games.
- •Experience in leading and managing internal and external QA teams.
- •Strong tech capabilities and experience with JIRA, Confluence and Test Script Managing, and other QA-related software and testing tools.
