Plan, execute, and iterate on live events, offers, and promotions to engage players.
- •The Associate Live Operations Specialist is involved with the planning, execution, and iteration of live events, offers and promotions that engage and excite players.
- •They are sharp, energetic and flexible enough to excel in this initial role, but also have the aptitude and desire to grow within the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Support in the building and execution of offers, events, and promotion plans to help achieve monthly goals and target metrics.
- •Collaborate effectively with colleagues across feature groups and cross-discipline as required.
- •Work with Marketing, Community, and Player Retention (Px) to communicate offers and events.
- •Document work and historical events thoroughly using Wikis.
- •Actively play the product(s) to stay engaged with the game and understand the player experience.
- •Requirements Post-Secondary education in a related field.
- •Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- •Previous experience working in Live Operations is considered a strong asset.
- •Experience with Jira or other ticket-based systems is desirable.
