- •As a Specialist, Payments Operations, you will help ensure money moves safely, accurately, and reliably across Justworks.
- •You are responsible for executing critical payment workflows, but your role goes beyond following a process.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute critical payment operations accurately and on time across payment processing, funds movement, reconciliations, and exceptions.
- •Investigate and resolve payment issues, using data and sound judgment to understand and own issues through resolution.
- •Protect customers and Justworks by following established controls and escalating issues when appropriate.
- •Help improve Payments Operations by identifying recurring problems and suggesting better ways of working.
- •Use and adopt new tools, including automation and AI-enabled tools, to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in payments operations, banking, fintech, payroll, or financial operations.
- •Familiarity with payment processing or money movement; experience with ACH, wires, RTP, or similar payment methods is a plus.
- •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate issues and make thoughtful decisions.
- •Comfortable working with data and learning new systems and technology.
- •Strong attention to detail and understanding of accuracy and controls when working with financial transactions.
