About the role
TL;DR
Design and deliver seamless product experiences for small business customers.
- •As a Senior Product Designer, you will define and deliver design solutions to business-critical efforts, creating seamless first impressions and long-term engagement paths for our small business customers and their employees.
- •You will partner closely with peers in Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define strategic opportunities and bring coherent experiences to life.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and deliver intuitive, polished user interfaces that guide users through complex decisions and transitions, reduce friction, and build customer trust.
- •Collaborate closely with partners in Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define scope and align on user and business goals.
- •Participate in discovery efforts and leverage insights to frame design problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
- •Pair with cross-functional partners to test, iterate, and launch impactful experiences.
- •Partner with peers in other design teams to extend and adapt design patterns and systems where necessary.
- •Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, benefits, insurance, or related domains.
- •Strong collaboration experience working as part of a cross-functional team.
- •Experience driving initiatives from discovery through delivery across multiple product areas.
- •Attention to detail, and a refined sense of craft in visual design, typography, and brand expression.
- •Fluency in Figma and AI prototyping tools.
