TL;DR
Oversee studio operations and enhance client experience at JETSET Pilates.
- •The AGM at JETSET Pilates is responsible for fostering a strong sense of community within the studio, enhancing client experience, and overseeing studio operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide training and support to Studio Leads.
- •Perform studio lead duties, including managing Mindbody and AXLE, answering phones, and processing sales.
- •Facilitate new client processes and collaborate with Studio Leads.
- •Collaborate with the GM to implement strategies for increasing brand awareness.
- •Periodically review Net Promoter Scores and take action on detractor feedback.
- •Requirements Leadership, client care, sales, networking, and hands-on engagement skills.
- •Ability to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
