- •Seeking an IT Operations Engineer to join the Platform Engineering team, providing continuous infrastructure support across staggered shifts to ensure system stability and operational excellence.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute and support infrastructure automation workflows.
- •Manage and support containerized workloads.
- •Monitor infrastructure health and respond to alerts in real-time.
- •Perform VM lifecycle management and patch management.
- •Maintain and update operational documentation and runbooks.
- •Requirements At least 3 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, containerization, and infrastructure support.
- •Basic understanding of infrastructure-as-code and configuration management.
- •Familiarity with containerization concepts and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
- •Understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud infrastructure concepts.
