TL;DR
Lead the implementation and success of product innovations for clients.
- •The Implementation Lead will be responsible for the successful deployment of product innovations, product improvement, and support within the Professional Services department.
- •This role focuses on ensuring seamless implementation and long-term success of product innovations through early-stage collaboration and proactive product optimization.
- •Key Responsibilities Successfully deploy innovations to clients within budget and on time.
- •Evaluate and consolidate innovations based on identified optimization opportunities with clients.
- •Lead "Solution Optimization and Adoption" initiatives with clients to proactively evaluate and improve implementation quality.
- •Propose scalable and long-term solutions by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of products and business.
- •Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in product management and solution deployment.
- •Proven experience in project management and solution deployment.
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- •Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach.
- •Understanding of AI Agent Architectures and their practical applications.
