- •You'll own Ironclad's Contract Understanding Platform, responsible for the extraction and document understanding systems that transform contracts into actionable knowledge.
- •This platform powers key features like Search, Smart Import, and AI Agents.
- •Key Responsibilities Set the vision, roadmap, and OKRs for contract understanding, ensuring extraction accuracy and depth.
- •Define APIs and schemas for a consistent extraction service used across client teams.
- •Build and ideate on front-end user experiences for data review and validation.
- •Model complex relationships within contracts for advanced agent reasoning.
- •Own the AI quality flywheel, building datasets, evals, and feedback loops.
- •Requirements 7+ years of product management experience, with staff-level ownership of a technically complex product area.
- •Experience shipping production AI/ML, developer platform, data infrastructure, or search products.
- •Practical fluency with LLM systems, extraction, APIs, data models, and evaluation methods.
- •Strong quantitative judgment and platform instincts.
