TL;DR
Manage product roadmaps, define problems, and collaborate on solutions for an AI customer agent.

- •Key Responsibilities Manage the roadmap, capturing and prioritizing work for maximum impact.
- •Deeply understand customer problems through research and interaction.
- •Collaborate with the team to imagine and scope future solutions.
- •Evaluate solution effectiveness through quantitative and qualitative measures.
- •Own and maintain the quality of product areas.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.
- •Experience collaborating with multiple teams and juggling several projects.
- •Strong track record of collaborating with design and passion for end-user experience.
- •Demonstrable experience of leading a team.
- •Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and make decisions without consensus.
- •Deep experience using qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data.
- •Entrepreneurial and self-driven with strong organizational skills.
