- •The Technical Program Manager will own cross-team engineering initiatives at Intellistack.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead multiple simultaneous software development programs.
- •Set direction for complex initiatives that depend on shared platform capabilities.
- •Create alignment, surface dependencies early, and reduce delivery friction across the organization.
- •Partner with Program Management and Product Operations functions.
- •Build and hone agentic solutions for key areas like risk management and dependency tracking.
- •Requirements Deep technical knowledge and ability to contribute to architecture and technical decisions.
- •Experience in managing complex distributed initiatives.
- •Strong communication, sound judgment, and collaborative approach.
- •Ability to identify dependencies and facilitate difficult prioritization conversations.
