About the role
TL;DR
Lead a team to build and scale our platform's UI frameworks and architecture.
- •Lead a team responsible for building and scaling our platform with an initial focus on the UI frameworks, tooling, and architecture that power our product experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and scale a team of Developers; setting the technical direction and long-term strategy.
- •Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality, and efficient UI development across the company.
- •Drive AI adoption within the stack
- •both within your team and in enabling others to use AI for building on top of the platform.
- •Requirements At least 2-4 years of proven experience as an engineering leader, ideally with prior experience owning front-end platforms, or design systems.
- •Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering in a distributed environment.
- •Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to set clear direction and drive alignment across teams.
