- •This role will develop and maintain processes, ensuring financial systems efficiently collect, analyze, and report information.
- •Key Responsibilities Own capital expenditure and fixed-asset accounting for the bakery portfolio.
- •Track and report new bakery openings, capitalizing build-out costs.
- •Account for capitalized software and internal capitalized labor.
- •Manage repairs and maintenance accounting, applying capitalization policy.
- •Manage the lease portfolio and accounting transactions in CoStar.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- •CPA strongly preferred. 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- •Strong understanding of U.S.
- •Experience working cross-functionally and handling multiple stakeholders.
