- •The Director of Procurement will lead all procurement activities for Insomnia Cookies, focusing on strategic sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead development and execution of sourcing strategies for all spend categories.
- •Design and implement a Supplier Relationship Management process.
- •Oversee RFP/RFQ processes, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
- •Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and innovation targets are met.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier strategies align with business goals.
- •Requirements 8+ years of procurement experience across direct and indirect spend categories, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- •Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
- •Experience with ERP and procurement tools (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, SAP, Ariba).
- •Ability to operate cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.
- •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
