About the role
TL;DR
Manage events and bakery operations, hire and train staff, and drive sales.
- •CookieLab is Insomnia Cookies’ experiential concept store designed to let Insomniacs peek inside our creative process and do some “cookievation” of their own.
- •We are seeking a guest-centric, outgoing Assistant Bakery Manager (Events Supervisor) to join our flagship property.
- •Key Responsibilities Head Supervisor for all events held at The Space and conduct weekly event space showings.
- •Lead store success as the Manager-on-Duty during scheduled days.
- •Hire, train, develop, and retain great talent.
- •Drive B2B and community sales opportunities.
- •Support General Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
- •Requirements 2+ years of restaurant and/or retail management experience. 1+ year of experience as a restaurant or store trainer. 1 year of prior experience with managing an event space.
- •Experience leading a team of 20+ employees.
- •Strong Customer Service skill set and experience.
