Drive product development and strategy for Injective Labs’ blockchain ecosystem.
- •We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to help shape and scale products across the Injective ecosystem.
- •You will work closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams across multiple initiatives, helping drive product direction, prioritization, and execution from ideation through launch and iteration.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive product development across multiple initiatives, from new products and feature ideation through launch, iteration, growth, and continuous improvement Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with company objectives Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to define product direction and priorities Own prioritization decisions using user feedback, product intuition, data, and business context Translate complex technical concepts and user needs into clear product requirements and execution plans Requirements 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably working on technical or infrastructure-heavy products Strong product fundamentals and proven product judgment Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with highly technical teams, with a solid understanding of finance High ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
