- •Hyperexponential (hx) is building an AI-powered platform for critical decisions in the $7 trillion insurance industry.
- •We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to own and grow key North American relationships with consultancies, systems integrators, and technology providers.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and grow strategic relationships with consulting firms, systems integrators, technology companies, and data partners across North America.
- •Build joint business plans covering account mapping, pipeline generation, enablement, marketing activity, and shared commercial goals.
- •Identify and develop new partners that can expand hx’s reach within the insurance market.
- •Work with Sales teams to identify co-selling opportunities and generate partner-led pipeline.
- •Collaborate with Marketing on joint campaigns, events, and market-facing initiatives.
- •Requirements Experience building and growing strategic partnerships within SaaS, AI, technology, consulting, or a similarly complex industry.
- •Proven ability to manage senior relationships across consultancies, systems integrators, or technology providers.
- •Experience creating joint go-to-market plans and co-selling initiatives that delivered measurable pipeline or revenue.
- •Ability to navigate complex commercial discussions, proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements.
- •Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Delivery, Product, and Solutions teams.
