Owns end-to-end finance operations including revenue, VAT, payroll, and month-end close.
- •Hyperexponential is seeking a Group Financial Accountant to join their lean, AI-native finance team.
- •This role is crucial for building the operational engine of a high-growth business, turning complexity into clarity for leaders.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end revenue and accounts receivable cycle in NetSuite.
- •Drive the month-end close process and ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed.
- •Manage UK VAT compliance from preparation through to filing.
- •Oversee UK payroll processing and maintain payroll-to-NetSuite reconciliations.
- •Manage banking, treasury, and payment controls, including cash flow forecasting.
- •Requirements Experience operating core finance processes end-to-end in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- •Hands-on experience with NetSuite across multiple functional areas.
- •Experience preparing and filing UK VAT returns.
- •Demonstrated ability to improve and automate manual processes.
- •Honesty, clear written communication, and a collaborative mindset.
