Senior Financial Analyst to support GTM Finance, focusing on forecasting and reporting.
- •Human Interest is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support the GTM (Go-to-Market) Finance function within the GTM FP&A team.
- •This role will be critical in supporting public company readiness, building financial models for revenue forecasting, and improving forecasting accuracy and financial reporting.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain sophisticated models for GTM operating expenses.
- •Own variance analysis and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.
- •Serve as a strategic finance business partner to GTM leaders, owning budgets and headcount plans.
- •Provide data-driven insights to optimize sales & marketing efficiency.
- •Synthesize complex financial data into clear narratives for Board of Directors decks and investor materials.
- •Requirements 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment.
- •ability to build robust financial models.
- •Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- •Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV/CAC, NRR).
- •Excellent communication skills and ability to drive insights from large datasets.
