Senior Financial Analyst to support Corporate FP&A, build models, and improve forecasting.
- •Join the Human Interest Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Corporate FP&A team.
- •This role is critical for supporting cross-functional initiatives, building financial models, and improving forecasting accuracy and financial reporting.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial reporting and forecasting processes, including long-range planning and scenario modeling.
- •Provide ad hoc financial analysis and budgetary support to senior leadership, delivering actionable insights.
- •Identify and streamline processes, driving standardization and building scalable solutions.
- •Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance.
- •Partner with cross-functional teams to improve FP&A systems and operational efficiency.
- •Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A at a high-growth software company and/or investment banking.
- •Deep understanding of SaaS business models and ability to analyze key SaaS metrics.
- •Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial systems (Netsuite and Pigment preferred).
- •Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Netsuite, Workday, Anaplan.
- •Demonstrated agility and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
