Product Manager for platform and internal operations, focusing on growth engines and scalable tools.
- •We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to build the engines that power HousingAnywhere's growth.
- •You will treat our core business capabilities as high-value products, bridging the gap between technical complexity and business strategy.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage internal Admin Panel and tooling as a core product, building new workflows and AI-assisted tools for Sales and Managed Accounts teams.
- •Define the roadmap for customer lifecycle stack, including attribution, affiliate networks, and CRM integrations.
- •Ensure platform infrastructure and data pipelines are robust, clean, accurate, and structured for operational decision-making and AI models.
- •Own the Payments & Payouts domain, ensuring compliant, scalable money flows and building tools for Finance Ops reconciliation.
- •Champion the strategy for platform integrity, balancing security with low friction and deploying risk-scoring models.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a Marketplace, FinTech, or SaaS environment.
- •Strategic mindset with meticulous attention to detail in execution.
- •Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, able to manage competing priorities.
- •Excellent cross-functional communication skills, acting as a bridge between diverse internal teams.
- •Outcome-oriented, measuring success by business impact.
- •AI fluency and motivation to explore AI in product development.
