- •As a Web Designer at Hostinger, you will own the end-to-end experience of our web pages and purchase flows, influencing how millions of clients discover products and convert.
- •You will leverage AI tools to enhance experimentation and personalization.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the design of website and landing page experiences seen by millions of visitors.
- •Craft conversion-focused flows that feel clear and trustworthy.
- •Work closely with marketers, PMs, and engineers in a cross-functional team.
- •Use AI tools to move faster and iterate based on data.
- •Run and synthesise user research and usability testing.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
- •Generalist mindset comfortable with research, interaction design, and visual craft.
- •Comfortable collaborating with copywriters, graphic designers, product designers, developers, and QA specialists.
- •Experience using AI tools in your daily workflow.
- •Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics.
- •Strong communication skills.
- •Familiar with analytics and testing tools (Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar).
- •A portfolio showing real work, process, thinking, and outcomes.
