Promote title and escrow services to industry partners, build relationships, and drive business growth.
- •The Strategic Growth Associate (Community Engagement Coordinator) is responsible for promoting the company’s title and escrow services to real estate agents, lenders, builders, and other industry partners.
- •This role focuses on building and maintaining strong business relationships, increasing market share, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and other referral partners.
- •Represent the company at networking events, office presentations, and industry functions.
- •Generate new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients and partnerships.
- •Conduct regular office visits and follow-up meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- •Track and report marketing activities, leads, and results through CRM tools or designated systems.
- •Requirements 1–2 years in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in the title, mortgage, or real estate industry preferred).
- •Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- •Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- •Self-starter with a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism.
