- •We are looking for a Product Specialist to work with the product team to ensure excellent product delivery.
- •Key Responsibilities Participate in user interviews, analyze feedback, and collaborate on reviewing product metrics to prioritize more effectively.
- •Identify and suggest product improvements based on Customer Journey mapping and Jobs to Be Done analysis.
- •Groom and maintain the product backlog, ensuring tickets are well-defined and ready for development.
- •Manage daily product-related incidents.
- •Resolve product-related questions from other teams such as CS, Marketing, Finance, and Sales.
- •Requirements Passion, creativity, and commitment.
- •Knowledge about a product or range.
- •Ability to recommend improvements and identify opportunities.
- •Collaboration with the Design team and developers.
- •Support to quality assurance when needed.
