- •Key Responsibilities Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with clients and ensuring the highest level of service.
- •Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations, maintaining standards and supporting inventory control.
- •Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- •Delegate tasks, set goals, and monitor progress, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- •Requirements A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the retail industry, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
- •Experience performing in a fast-paced environment with fastidious attention to detail.
- •Self-motivated with exceptional communication and a motivational attitude.
- •Excellent collaboration and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
- •Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
