- •In this role, you'll serve not only as a brand ambassador but also play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager with daily operations and client experience to ensure the overall success of the store.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with clients and ensuring the highest level of service.
- •Assist in setting and achieving sales targets and implementing strategies to drive sales.
- •Support store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
- •Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- •Requirements A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the retail industry.
- •Experience performing in a fast-paced environment with fastidious attention to detail.
