Optimize customer cash flow using AI tools and financial expertise.
- •Highbeam is seeking a Finance AI Implementation Associate to bridge the gap between customers and their AI-powered financial platform.
- •You will optimize customer cash flow across cash management, bill pay, and forecast health, acting as a key feedback loop for product development.
- •Key Responsibilities Configure customer setups for cash management, AP/bill pay, and forecast health monitoring, ensuring measurable cash improvements.
- •Operate and tune the agentic platform, shaping its behavior and building new skills and workflows.
- •Partner with Product and Engineering to translate manual workflows into autonomous capabilities.
- •Prototype and test new AI-powered workflows to address customer needs.
- •Solve complex financial problems by designing scalable workflows.
- •Requirements Experience in a customer-facing, strategy & operations, or product role.
- •Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down ambiguous financial problems.
- •Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
- •Understanding of core financial concepts (cash flow, P&L, AP/AR) and curiosity about fintech.
- •Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets modeling and analysis.
