- •Heritage Engineering HoldCo is a growing platform in the engineering services industry.
- •We are looking for a scrappy, hungry Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to own hiring across our four engineering companies.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across our engineering companies.
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build tailored search strategies.
- •Build and manage a healthy candidate pipeline, with a focus on engineering and technical/industrial roles.
- •Help stand up training and development programs.
- •Scale recruiting processes to support new companies as the platform grows.
- •Requirements 1–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related people/operations role.
- •Scrappy and hungry: you take ownership, work hard, and figure things out.
- •Genuine interest in the engineering and industrial space.
- •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- •Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple searches.
