- •Helsing is a defence AI company focused on protecting democracies through technological leadership.
- •As a Safety Manager, you will lead the system-safety domain across our platforms, ensuring our technology is safe by design and in the field.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the System Safety Programme Plan (SSPP).
- •Coordinate hazard identification, preliminary hazard analysis (PHA), and risk assessment.
- •Define and govern system-level safety architecture and ensure traceability of safety requirements.
- •Assess and mitigate weapon-specific safety requirements within the system safety lifecycle.
- •Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and standards.
- •Requirements Lead system-safety programmes and own artefacts like the SSPP.
- •Conduct hazard identification, PHA, and risk assessment across complex systems.
- •Define system-level safety architecture and maintain traceability.
- •Assess and mitigate weapon-specific safety requirements.
- •Interpret and apply relevant safety regulations and standards in a defence or safety-critical context.
- •Communicate fluently in German and English (C1 or equivalent).
