Define and scale product decisions across the company at Hello Patient.
- •Hello Patient is seeking a Head of Product to lead product strategy and execution across the company.
- •You'll bridge customer needs with engineering and operations, ensuring the right products are built in the right order.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and prioritize product roadmaps across multiple product areas.
- •Drive product decisions through data, customer insights, and business impact.
- •Lead customer discovery efforts and translate feedback into product specifications.
- •Act as the primary bridge between executive leadership, engineering, and product stakeholders.
- •Partner with engineering leads to ensure clarity on priorities and success metrics.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product management experience as an IC, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
- •Strong technical background; Computer Science degree, software engineering, or equivalent technical experience required.
- •Experience building AI, LLM-based products, automation, agent-based systems, or workflow software.
- •Based in Austin, TX or New York, NY, or willing to relocate.
- •Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmap decisions for complex software products.
