- •Hello Heart is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to scale internal technology infrastructure, improve employee support, and build smarter systems.
- •You will work closely with various teams to enhance software as a service environment, build custom automations, and support systems for secure and efficient employee work.
- •Key Responsibilities Administer and optimize core software as a service platforms.
- •Build and maintain internal systems, automations, dashboards, and analytics.
- •Drive high-quality Help Desk delivery by resolving issues and identifying root causes.
- •Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to maintain compliance and resolve control gaps.
- •Provide remote support across all company locations.
- •Requirements Experience building AI agents and using coding assistants. 3+ years of experience in IT Systems Engineering or Systems Administration.
- •Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and scripting languages.
- •Experience working with REST APIs and building integrations.
- •Deep knowledge of Google Workspace Enterprise administration and mobile device management platforms.
