About the role
TL;DR
Director of Construction Management to oversee all construction and renovation projects.
- •The Director, Construction Management will oversee the Construction team, managing all ongoing construction and major renovation projects within the HelloFresh network, including capital improvements, on-site construction, and land development.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the team responsible for design, planning, organization, and execution of capital construction projects.
- •Oversee financial management of construction projects exceeding $50M in total project costs.
- •Conduct frequent site visits to assure quality control and monitor performance to contract.
- •Interface with local/state agencies regarding permits and inspects.
- •Regularly communicate project status to Leadership and stakeholders.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering degree a plus. 10+ years of experience in construction, with 5 years in building e-commerce fulfillment/distribution centers. 5+ years of experience leading a Construction Management team.
- •Food industry experience required.
- •Significant working knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws and regulations related to facility buildouts.
