About the role
TL;DR
Technical Operative responsible for Frozen Fish Labelling and DMP/ILP systems.
- •This is a semi-technical role focused on maintaining and responding to issues with Frozen Fish Labelling and DMP/ILP systems.
- •Training will be provided to equip you as a first-line fixer for these assets.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage replenishment tasks for Frozen Fish labelling, ensuring sufficient stock levels.
- •Perform daily preventative maintenance for Frozen Fish labelling systems.
- •Act as the first line of fix for Frozen Fish labelling issues, escalating to the Engineering Team when necessary.
- •Carry out basic daily and weekly tasks on Kitting, including DMP and ILP systems.
- •Comply with Food Safety Regulations and HelloFresh quality standards.
- •Requirements Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- •Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
- •Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- •Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- •Proficient computer skills.
