Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize fulfillment processes and reduce costs.
- •The Senior Operational Excellence Engineer will design, execute, and scale continuous improvement initiatives across HelloFresh distribution centres.
- •This role involves leading complex, cross-functional projects to optimize fulfillment processes, reduce costs, and improve error rates.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead high-impact, multi-faceted continuous improvement projects from end-to-end.
- •Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and root-cause analysis to solve operational bottlenecks.
- •Translate the broader OpEx strategy into actionable project plans.
- •Conduct deep-dive data analyses and champion digital/low-code innovation.
- •Mentor OpEx Engineers and shift leaders on CI methodologies.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a technical discipline. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, or Process Optimization.
- •Proven experience successfully leading process optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
- •Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma; Green Belt certification or equivalent practical capability.
- •Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Google Sheets).
