About the role
TL;DR
Build and deploy AI-powered solutions to solve operational problems across HelloFresh.
- •You'll join HelloFresh's GenAI Enablement Squad, a cross-functional team helping teams across the company unlock the practical value of AI.
- •Our mission is simple: identify high-impact problems, build AI-powered solutions that solve them, and scale what works.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner directly with engineering and business teams to identify AI opportunities.
- •Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions and iterate based on user feedback.
- •Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI applications.
- •Build role-specific AI assistants for internal use.
- •Requirements Experience building and shipping production AI applications using modern LLMs.
- •Strong software engineering skills with experience designing and operating production systems.
- •Experience working directly with stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into solutions.
- •Ability to rapidly prototype while balancing quality and maintainability.
