About the role
TL;DR
Drive the shift to a standardised Customer Cloud platform.
- •The Customer Cloud Engineer role is focused on standardising and simplifying the Customer Cloud process to make it easier to sell, faster to deploy, and simpler to operate at scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to provide technical guidance during the sales process.
- •Build automation, tooling, and deployment patterns to reduce environment setup time.
- •Design and evolve deployment patterns to ensure stable and observable Customer Cloud environments.
- •Partner with Technical Support to resolve complex issues and turn solutions into runbooks and documentation.
- •Requirements Solid experience building and operating cloud-native systems.
- •Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerised applications.
- •Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
