- •This role requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills to support investment underwriting, valuation, and asset management decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses for infrastructure investments.
- •Lead financial modeling, underwriting, and analytical support for capital calls, financings, and dispositions.
- •Support the origination, underwriting, and execution of infrastructure investments.
- •Manage closed investments and perform asset management responsibilities.
- •Prepare investment opportunity proposals and approval materials for leadership and the Investment Committee.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 3-6 years of prior work in private equity or investment banking related to infrastructure investment or finance.
- •Advanced financial modeling skills, including building, auditing, and maintaining complex valuation and investment underwriting models.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- •Highly motivated, organized, disciplined, and self-directed individual eager to learn all facets of infrastructure investment.
