- •Harbinger Motors is seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting and forecasting for Engineering OpEx, CapEx and headcount.
- •This position will partner closely with Engineering leadership to understand operational needs and how that translates to financial impacts.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the monthly rolling forecast for OpEx, CapEx and headcount with variance analysis.
- •Partner with leaders to understand operational performance and provide commentary for executive leadership reviews.
- •Assist in the annual budgeting process by partnering with cross-functional leaders to validate financial data.
- •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- •Partner with Supply Chain and Engineering on tracking cost down initiatives.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with an emphasis in Finance. 5+ years of relevant Finance experience.
- •Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and ERP systems.
- •Intellectually curious, detail-oriented, critical thinker, creative problem-solver, and highly organized.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
