TL;DR
Software Engineer I to build and own full-stack impact for international expansion.
- •As a Software Engineer I on the International Expansion team, you will own the full stack of impact, from user experiences to internal tools and platform capabilities.
- •This role sits at the intersection of product engineering, platform infrastructure, and operations, partnering directly with various teams to translate needs into reliable, scalable systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own core experiences across the fellow platform, including onboarding and project opportunities.
- •Embed with operators to understand their processes and architect internal tools and automations.
- •Partner closely with Growth, Operations, Product, and ML to translate business processes into technical solutions.
- •Lead projects end-to-end, from discovery and design through implementation and iteration.
- •Drive architectural improvements to reduce technical debt and establish scalable service layers.
- •Requirements 1-3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of owning production systems end-to-end.
- •Experience leading technical projects involving multiple contributors.
- •Strong proactive communication and stakeholder management skills with high empathy/EQ.
- •Excellent engineering judgment and systems thinking.
- •Experience building internal tools, workflow systems, or automation for operations-heavy teams.
