About the role
TL;DR
Lead and develop a team of Territory Managers to drive regional sales performance.
- •As a Regional Sales Lead at Halter, you will lead a team of Territory Managers on the front lines of transforming livestock management across the U.S.
- •This is a deeply hands-on role: you’ll spend most of your time in the field coaching reps, joining customer conversations, and removing barriers to their success.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach & develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work (~60% travel).
- •Own regional revenue performance by driving consistent activity and ensuring TMs meet input and output targets.
- •Maintain world-class Salesforce hygiene & forecasting, reviewing pipelines weekly.
- •Serve as the regional voice
- •surfacing customer insights and product feedback to leadership.
- •Recruit and develop high-performing talent, helping scale Territory Manager teams.
- •Requirements Strong Frontline Sales Leadership experience, ideally in high-growth environments.
- •Hands-On, Field-First Mindset, comfortable spending the majority of your time on the road.
- •Expertise in modern sales practices and the ability to coach Territory Managers.
- •Strong operational rigor with CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
