Lead US marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and brand recognition in the ranching community.
- •We're searching for an exceptional marketing leader to grow Halter in the US market to one of Halter's biggest markets globally.
- •You’ll be building recognition for Halter’s brand that reaches every ranching community in the region, with revenue performance to match.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the regional marketing strategy and budget end to end, setting the vision and the plan to take Halter from early-market entry to category leadership.
- •Drive organic growth, brand equity, and content strategy, focusing on earning trusted-voice status without paying for attention every time.
- •Partner with sales leadership to define and execute an effective events strategy that moves pipeline.
- •Build a library of local customer stories and results for acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- •Own and report on pipeline, CAC, brand awareness, and the complete revenue picture of this region.
- •Requirements A full-funnel revenue thinker, not a channel specialist, with experience owning acquisition, expansion, and retention outcomes.
- •Deeply customer-led, energized by time on ranch with customers and translating that understanding into commercial decisions.
- •A builder and world-class operator, comfortable scaling a marketing or growth function in a fast-paced environment.
- •Genuinely commercial, comfortable being measured on revenue numbers and moving fast on real bets backed by data.
- •AI-forward as a default operating mode, using AI to draft and iterate content, personalize outreach, and analyze data.
